Corey delivers HR Compliance, Customer Service and Leadership training. Corey’s business experience includes 2 decades in the Finance Services, Customer Service, Call Center and HOA industries. Corey attributes his success to his strong belief in customer service, diversity, and passion for success in working relationships.  He believes that any business model can be successful with a strong  commitment and understanding of its employees and demographics. 

Corey has lead the successful implementation of a team which developed and implemented a Banking and Tax Department for one of  the largest homeowner association management firms in North America.  Corey is skilled in needs analysis and designing programs to help low performing teams rejuvenate and become successful by building, training and coaching the customer service model to help create a loyal customer base.  Corey earned his degree in Finance from Roosevelt University located in Chicago Illinois.  Corey is known by his peers and community as one of the most humblest and caring people one can meet.

Angie Whitney has been awarded the Richland College 2013-2014 Excellence in Teaching/Training (EIT) award for Corporate Services and  the 2013 John & Suanne Roueche Excellence Award .

Angie designs and delivers TrainerAngie.com’s  material in English and Spanish covering: Customer Service, Leadership, Management, Sales, Health and Safety.  She also trains: English as a Second Language, Spanish as a Second Language, Command Spanish, Diversity, Absence Management, and Interviewing Skills.

Angie has worked with and for Fortune 10 companies, along with the Secret Service Presidential Protection Division, and recently developed and delivered customer service training for the George W. Bush Presidential Center and the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, Texas.  

Angie has a degree in Speech Communication with minors in Psychology and Jounalism.

Elke delivers Customer Service, Leadership, HR Compliance and Language training.  As a corporate instructor Elke merges her expertise in the areas of international business, education and language and packs a powerful punch providing relevant, meaningful and effective instruction to a diverse cross section of industries.

Elke is driven by the belief that the greatest learning occurs in an environment where the participants feel safe and comfortable, free of work place inhibitions.  She trains through a sense of humor, as humor is a universal language that can create solid trainer and participant relationships. Elke brings an awareness of how to be creative with participants based on their individual unique ways of learning which is vital to  learning. 

Her philosophy on life is that by continuing to seek knowledge and awareness in areas that are impactful to oneself one can only propel themselves further in life.  Knowledge is the fuel that powers one’s own development. Elke is very flexible, open minded and enthusiastic in general, and this bleeds into her training.
